Users can request medical and diagnostic services by visiting the website (www.cureathome.pk), or by calling the helpline number 03-111-445-506.They can select any or all of the services that we offer. When requesting for a service, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, complete address with nearest landmarks, e-mail address, phone number, whatsapp number, age and a reason for requesting the service.
Upon Submission
Our Call Center Representatives will call you back to confirm the provided details, inform you about the details of Medical staff assigned to visit you, help in schedule the visit time as per you convenience and also inform you about Visit charges and mode of payments etc.
Upon Confirmation
Once your request has been accepted you will receive a text message with details.
Meet the Medical Practitioner
The respective Medical staff then arrives at user’s location on scheduled time.
Get Treatment
Once the Medical staff arrives the user’s treatment starts. After the visit, feedback of the service is requested from the user.
