We hosts a call center, website & mobile based application CURE AT HOME (“CURE AT HOME”) which connects individuals with HealthCare providers (the “Medical Practitioners”) who have entered into an agreement with CURE AT HOME.

This Privacy Policy discloses the practices of CURE AT HOME concerning information we obtain about you as a result of your use of the CURE AT HOME website (the “Web”) and/ or Mobile Application (the “App”) and/or call center (“CC”) and the services provided (the “Services”).

CURE AT HOME is committed to safeguarding your privacy and the privacy of your personal information. In this Privacy Policy we will explain what types of information CURE AT HOME collects about users of our Web and/or App and/or CC and/or Services and how we protect, collect, use, disclose and store such information.

g.  web beacons, which are invisible images used to recognize users of the Website and/or the App and to assess traffic patterns, and we may also include web beacons and cookies in our email messages to you; and

2. Using Personal Information.

We may use your Personal Information:

a. to administer the Web and/or the App and/or CC and/or the Services;
b. to personalize the Web and/or the App and/or CC and/or the Services for you;

3. Disclosure of Personal Information.

Your Personal Information may be disclosed:

a.  to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisors, agent, suppliers or subcontracts in so far as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy;
b. to the independent medical provider who will respond to your request;
c.  to our affiliates, provided that your medical information will not be shared for any marketing purposes without your prior written consent;
d.  to third party businesses with which we partner to offer your products, services and promotions when you engage in such promotions or purchase such products or services;
e.   to the extent required or allowed by applicable law;
f. in connection with any legal proceedings; and
g. to the purchaser or prospective purchaser of any business or asset that we are or are contemplating selling.

4. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We may also collect information from you, which does not reveal your specific identity (“Non-Personal Information”), including, without limitation Aggregated Personal Information. Aggregated Personal Information is information that is derived from Personal Information that does not personally identify you or any other user of the Web or the App or CC or the Services.

5. How We Protect Your Personal Information.

We will take commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational precautions to safeguard Personal Information in our possession against loss, misuse, alteration and theft. We use generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received by us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing the Website and/or the App confidential. We will never ask you for your password (except when you log into the Website and/or the App).

6. Use and Disclosure of Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We may use and disclose Non-Personally Identifiable Information for any purpose. If for some reason Non-Personally Identifiable Information is combined with Personally Identifiable Information, the combined information will be treated by use as Personal Information so long as it is combined.

This privacy policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices or other practices of any third parties, including medical providers, the manufacturer of your mobile device and/or any third party websites or mobile applications to which the website may contain a link. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of each third party who provides you with services through a website or application.

8. Communicating Via Email and Text Messaging.

Please note that use of the web and/or the app and/or cc and/orthe services may involve communications via email and/or text message. 9. Accessing and Updating Your Information.

In the future, you may have the ability to review and update your personal information, including medical information that CURE AT HOME may handle for you. You can review and update your personal information by logging into your account within the Web and/or the App. We will try to comply with your requests to review and update personal information as soon as practicable.

10. Opting Out.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing e-mails from us on a going-forward basis and/or if you would prefer that we do not share your Personal Information on a going-forward basis with our affiliates for their marketing purposes, you may opt-out of receiving such marketing related e-mails and sharing such information by sending an email to info@cureathome.pk. We will try to comply with your requests as soon as reasonably practicable.

11. USE OF APPLICATION BY MINORS.

The website and the services are not directed at, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 10. If we learn that we have received any personal information from an individual under the age of 10, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent, guardian or legal representative) to inform him or her that he or she cannot use the web or app or cc services. However, if you are a parent, legal guardian or personal representative of a minor child, you may, in compliance with the terms of use, use the web and/or the app and/or cc and/or the services on behalf of your minor child. Any information that you provide while using the web and/or the app and/or cc and/or the services on behalf of your minor child will be treated as personal information as otherwise provided herein.

CURE AT HOME may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing a new version on the Web and/or the App. The effective date of our Privacy Policy will be noted at the end of the Privacy Policy and you should review the Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are up to date on our most current policies and procedures. Your use of the Website or Services following any change to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as so revised.
